It is J1IH (not J2IH as you mentioned), I need BED amount get Debit and CESS & Higher Edu. Cess gets Credit. This entry should reflect in Excise Registers also.
I did the configuration what Mr. Tejas suggested above and it is working fine but in excise registers the value of CESS & S Ed Cess are getting added in the register instead of deducting.
