What happens if you use the 'validate all' button in Designer?
It is unusual for Data Services to execute a job if the job definition is incorrect. Hopefully clicking the 'validate all' button will give you some hints about any inconsistencies in the dataflow.
If the job is technically correct then I wouldn't expect the message "Data flow has no targets or other terminating points. Please add a target" at execution time. Are you sure the dataflow as shown in the screenshot is executed? Or might there be a mix-up with other dataflows?
