how to execute '.exe' file from AL11 by web dynpro

Hi Experts,

I am new to web dynpro concepts please assist me below requirements.

My requirements,

1. I have to keep (.EXE) file in application server or wherever it is possible in SAP . Here I ( Users ) have to execute that .exe file from web dynpro application by clicking a button.

2. If user click on SAVE button in the tool (Which is executed from AL11/ some where in SAP environment ) after he performed in tool it is has to save as attachement with document number and document type ( PLM concept )?

          Here how I can capture that save option in coding (For example: In module programming we are capturing sy-comm by OK_code )

     My doubts: 1. Where I need to keep the file in sap to execute.

                        2. what the procedure to execute .exe file by using Web dynpro concept.

                        3. How can I capture the SAVE button code in the tool (Non-sap tool ) ?
