Fiori apps first of all are not native apps. But for your benefit, you can launch an app, using browser(Only the apps which are standalone apps, check how to : Running an Application Standalone - SAP Fiori Launchpad - SAP Library) . Once the standalone app is launched, you can have a shortcut on your mobile phone, by going to browser ->properties -> add shortcut to homepage. Once you have app in your homepage, you can drag it to folder.
But yes, above is not recommended, because this will hold cache, and cache won't be cleared sometimes. So better use Fiori Client, you can login with the userid/password. and find all the apps in your Launchpad . You cn make Fiori tile groups and arrange apps as per the roles and groups.
