Q. If you view the report manually through BI Launch Pad using the Load Balancer URL, does this work as expected?
A. If we view the report manually through BI Launch Pad using the Load Balancer URL, it works as expected.
Q. What type of Load Balancer are you using?
A. LB is CISCO ACE
Q. Does it happen consistently?
A. The issue is intermittent. When we tried opening the OpenDoc URL link, after entering the prompt values the process gets Hang, same tried in IE and Chrome but same issue observed.
Q. Are you using a proxy at all?
A. No, we don't use proxy but we login to the client server( WAM Server) and then it redirects us to LB URL
Q. Does this happen with all reports or just certain ones?
A. Certain reports only
