If you have a case with SAP - that would be the best avenue to address it then. No need to upload dumps here.
E2E trace can be used with schedules as well, I think.
The original error you posted comes from CMC webapp, so the possibilities are :
1. Something on your webapp server
2. Webi processing server
3. Connection server (doubtful)
4. Job server
5. Teradata client itself.
Or OS is not handling large memories properly or you have physical RAM issues.
This is not VM I hope.
