One-to-One Email with variable sender addresses

Hello *, I am looking for a possibility to switch the email sender between an individual address (firstname.lastname@organization.com) and a generic (central) address (order-department@organization.com) The background is that employees of order-department send quotations via email using one-to-one email client with MS Outlook on their environments. Emails containing quotations have to be sent using the generic sender address and additionally it should be possible to send emails with the individual sender address. Does anyone have an idea?
