Navigating to UI screen from an action

Hi Experts,

I have the following requirement:

There is an action triggered on an Interaction record and within the action, a service request is created. Once the SR is created, the user should be navigated to the newly created SR from the action. I have been suggested to use CL_CRM_UI_NAVIGATION_SERVICE. But, i'm not sure how to proceed after get_instance( ).

Is it possible to navigate from an Action to UI screen? If so, how do I approach this?

Any pointers would be helpful.
