Optimizer Issue

Hi Friends

I am using optimizer for supply planning.

Here is the scenario.Product A can be supplied Plant 1 ,2 or 3.Plant 1 is most profitable one.

Because the Transportation and production cost is less compared to other plants.

Even though I have maintained high cost on other plants and less cost Plant 1 still system is not sourcing plant 1.

Also one more query.In my Location sourcing do I need to maintain ratio ?

Anything suggestions.
