Calendar considering customer specific sales cycle

Hi C4C experts,

is there a way to map sales cycles to a calendar. Our customer divides the year into n sales cycles. Sales cycles consider only working days and have different amounts of days. E.g. sales cycle 1 has 10 working days, sales cycle 2 has 8 and sales cycle 3 has 11. The amount of days can differ in  sales cycle 3 for 2016 in regard to sales cycle 3 for 2017. The sales cycle needs to be considered in reporting  too.

Any suggestions are highly appreciated.
