Re: Calculate Difference of two fields in tickets

Hi Shiva G,

 

I tried to debug the script file but the problem is the screen(CEO_SEOD_Agent_Workspace) which I am enhancing and adding field doesn't contains any custom action so when I click on preview button I can't fire any action to trace the value returned.

 

Also these fields completion time and reported on time are populated automatically in the existing tickets( for e.g. a facebook ticket comes in the system and reported on time is populated first then on completion of ticket completion time populates). And also when I preview screen from cloud application studio it shows me the screen below, a blank ticket screen.

So when I can't put any value manually then how will I be able to test what value is coming into the field? Can you plz. me which other methods I can use to debug? Or what wrong approach I am following and what how should I do this?
