           Type= value is displaying the value but not the label . I want the value and its label.

For example in 2001 the profit is 150 . with ur code its showing 150 in the sector but its not showing the label 2001 . But my requirement is to display 150 as well as the label 2001 . Please find the attachement.(image). I requirement is as shown in the image.
