Re: KE30 is picking some accounting document and some are picking partial, although KE24 is picking all documents.

There can different reasons for this. Few are below.

1. Check your Ke30 report definition in Form and report for any filters  - General data selection (Ke36) Row and column definitions.
2. If data is read from summarization levels, Check if levels are properly updated and active (kedv).
3. Check if any realignment done recently. Because realignments don’t update Ce1 table and ke24 normally reads ce1, if you suspect this, run Ke24 with option to read by current structure.
4. If KF Scema is used, make sure you are comparing correct value fields during reconciliation. 
   

If none of this works, drill down to line items from Ke30 and compare with KE24. based on documents found you can investigate further.
