Hint Is it a search help like "Contracts for object", if yes, look at its user exit, this search help carries no selection methods, it actually submits, thru a search help exit, a report (maybe RIVEDA20, display menu/system/status during execution in your system) look at this report to identify tables and fields used as selection criteria.
