If you're date is stored in a customer field, then you won't be able to evaluate it with a standard operation in payroll. ---- make sense ---
If you could store the same date under IT0041 using datatype "xx" then you should be able to use NUM=FxxY; then you could compare num.
F to specify IT0041 date; 01 to specify the date type and Y to compute with current payroll period in complete years.
