Not sure if this is the right space to discuss this issue, but I'm sure I'll hear back if it's not.
I received an invitation to an SAP Jam group. When I click on the invitation, I see an SAP Jam Log On logon screen (Powered by SAP Cloud Identity) with an expired s id in the User name box with a lock icon on the right side. I can't change the ID, and if I click on forgot password, it says "If an account exists, an email with a link to reset your password has been sent". The S ID has expired, and no emails were received. This is happening on a Windows 8.1 desktop. I've tried deleting Windows temporary files, cookies and history, but still get the same behavior.
edit: The same thing happens if I try to log on to SCN from that machine. Clearing SSL State in IE11 has no effect.
