You can check and compare the versions in both quality and production.
One possible reason for it is this.
Another could be the data in production and quality. You can check in debugging in production (if feasible), which value is failing. Similarly debug in quality. You can get the difference out there, if it is data issue.
Can you share the dump error you are getting?
